Using Insto
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Insto's website, app and grocery-delivery services in available service areas.

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and use Insto only for lawful personal or household purchases. During a referral-only pilot, a valid referral code and profile information may be required before access.
2. Availability and orders
Product, price and delivery availability may vary by location and time. An order is confirmed only after Insto accepts it. We may reject or cancel an order because of stock mismatch, address or payment issues, suspected misuse, safety concerns or events outside reasonable control.
3. Pricing and charges
Applicable product prices, delivery charges, handling charges, taxes and any authorised adjustments will be shown before order confirmation. Insto's current launch communication is ₹19 delivery plus ₹9 handling, with no surge, rain, night or small-cart fee. If pricing changes, the checkout amount shown before confirmation will govern that order.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. You are responsible for providing a complete serviceable address, a reachable phone number and safe delivery access. Ownership and risk transfer upon delivery to you or an authorised recipient, subject to applicable consumer rights.
5. Products and quality
Product images may be illustrative and packaging can change. Do not use a product if it appears tampered with, damaged or unsafe. Report quality, expiry, missing-item or wrong-item concerns promptly with the order details and supporting photographs where reasonably requested.
6. Acceptable use
You must not manipulate referrals or promotions, create fraudulent accounts, interfere with the service, abuse staff or delivery partners, place unlawful orders, or attempt unauthorised access. Insto may restrict accounts to protect customers, partners and the platform.
7. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Insto is not responsible for indirect loss or failure caused by events outside reasonable control.
